Advantages
At a wavelengh of 253.7nm, UV-C light is a very powerful germicide.
It deactivates the DNA of bateria, viruses and other pathogens,
destroying their ability to multiply and cause disease.
Ultraviolet technology is a non-chemical approach to pool disinfection.
In this method of disinfection, nothing is add which makes this process
simple, inexpensive and requiring very low maintenance.
UV-C light is become increasingly favoured by the pool industry for
its ability to break down and remove chloramine which cause eye,
skin and nose irritation, and breathing difficuties.
