• Warranty Concerns: Meuccis new ownership has implemented a policy that only covers performance-impacting manufacturing defects, excluding cosmetic issues such as premature yellowing and fill imperfections. These terms do not support customers experiencing known quality issues.
• Manufacturing Quality: Budget Billiards has observed multiple quality concerns with Meucci products, including inconsistent veneer stains, cosmetic defects, and improperly filled holes in plastic components. While weve attempted to address these issues, Meuccis response has been unsatisfactory, and the current policy does not address these problems.
